A Coy Decoy

5 drop
A heavily citrus bitters made by Bittermens. Made with chamomile, citrus and 'more citrus.'
0.75 oz
The second most common juice used in cocktails. This citrus juice is about 6% acid; 4% from citric and 2% from malic, with small amounts of succinic acid (this is what gives it a little bloody taste). Lime juice should be used the day it is squeezed, some like it freshly squeezed and others like it a few hours old.

A grapefruit liqueur (crème de fruits) made from infusion of pink grapefruit zests. 16% ABV
0.5 oz
A vapor infused dry gin made from almond, lemon, liquorice, juniper, orris root, angelica, coriander, cassia, cubeb and grains of paradise. We treat this the same as new wave gin.
1 oz
A vapor column distilled gin that contains no sweetening agents. A common ingredient in many cocktails.
1 frond
A tropical plant with a tart yellow fruit. Most often used in tiki cocktails and fizzes.
1 wheel
Small, round, green citrus fruits. Commonly used in many cocktails for its rind or its acidic taste (6% acid total; 4% citric, 2% malic, some succinic acid).

Shake all ingredients with cubed ice, then strain over fresh ice into a collins glass. Garnish with pineapple fronds, a dehydrated lime wheel and an orchid. #shake #ontherocks
