A brandy produced in the wine-region surrounding Cognac, France. Cognac must be twice distilled and aged for at least two years in French oak.
0.5 oz
A German amaro, much like a fernet, made from a secret blend of 56 herbs, fruits, spices, flowers, barks and botanicals, and aged for a year in oak; 35% ABV.

Rinse a chilled cocktail glass with the chili liqueur. Stir remaining ingredients with ice until chilled. Strain into the rinsed glass. #stir #straight

Blow My Skull Off was a cocktail devised in Australia during the 1850s gold rush. The original concoction contained opium, cayenne pepper, rum and ‘spirits of wine’. “A couple of good swigs and the mounted police would turn out.”
