The Bicycle

2 oz
An Italian bitter aperitif made infusing herbs and fruits in alcohol and water. ABV ranges from 10% to 29% based on country.
3 oz
A wine made from non-colored grape pulp (skin removed), primarily white grapes.
4 oz
Water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved, creating a fizzy texture. We treat soda water, club soda, seltzer and sparkling water the same.
1 wheel
A yellow citrus fruit. The peel is often used as a garnish while the juice incorporated into the drink for a tart flavor profile (citric acid).
1 wheel
An orange colored citrus fruit. Many types of orange make an appearance in cocktails. The peel and juice are equally valuable to diverse cocktails.

Add Campari and white wine to a wine glass. Add ice and top with soda. Stir gently and garnish with an orange or lemon wheel, or both. #build #ontherocks

Named after an elderly man who swerved all over the road riding home after a few afternoon drinks, or so the story goes.
