A gentian root quinquina, an Italian bitter liqueur made from a variety of herbs, roots, and other botanicals.

A clean anise-like flavored liqueur made from fennel. A good producer for this type of liqueur is Finocchietto.

A grapefruit liqueur (crème de fruits) made from infusion of pink grapefruit zests. 16% ABV

A hybrid citrus fruit originating in Barbados as an accidental cross between two introduced species, sweet orange and pomelo. Like other citrus fruits the grapefruit is popular among cocktails for its peel and juice.
Pour the seltzer into a chilled wine glass filled with ice cubes. Add the remaining ingredients and stir briefly to combine. Garnish with the grapefruit half wheel. #build #ontherocks
