Acidic juice from pressing unrip grapes or other unripe fruit.

A quinine-laced Moscato wine base aperitif produced in Italy. It is a variety of Americano wine that uses gentian root as the primary ingredient.
1.5 oz
The driest and lightest of the traditional sherry varieties. They are consumed young and shortly after opening the bottle; within a few hours they start to lose flavor.

A Czech herbal bitters, often drunk as a digestive aid. It has a ginger or cinnamon-like flavor; 38% ABV.
1 twist
A hybrid citrus fruit originating in Barbados as an accidental cross between two introduced species, sweet orange and pomelo. Like other citrus fruits the grapefruit is popular among cocktails for its peel and juice.

Stir ingredients over ice in a chilled mixing glass. Rinse a chilled coupe with Becherovka. Strain the mixture into the glass. Express a grapefruit twist over the drink and drop it in. #stir #straight
