Campari and Soda
An Italian bitter aperitif made infusing herbs and fruits in alcohol and water. ABV ranges from 10% to 29% based on country.
Water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved, creating a fizzy texture. We treat soda water, club soda, seltzer and sparkling water the same.
Pour Campari into a highball over ice. Top with the club soda and garnish with a lemon wedge. Adjust the soda amount to taste, other common ratios are 1:1 or 1:2; Campari to soda. #build #ontherocks
