A dark brown or clear chocolate-flavored liqueur made from the cacao seed. Crème refers to the creamy texture, but actually contains no dairy. Usually 20-25% ABV.
A spicy liqueur made from chillies, a common brand is Ancho Reyes.
Dark, rich and complex. A bitter chocolate nose leads the palate to dark chocolate, cinnamon and spice flavors that are supported by classic European bitter herbs.
An orange colored citrus fruit. Many types of orange make an appearance in cocktails. The peel and juice are equally valuable to diverse cocktails.
Fill a mixing glass with ice, then add liquids. Stir for 30 seconds then strain into a martini glass. Express the orange peel over the drink, run it around the rim and drop it in. #stir #straight
