Coffee Coolatta

1.75 oz
A whiskey made primarily from a corn grain mash, aged in charred oak barrels.
0.25 oz
A dark coffee liqueur made in Jamaica with rum, sugar, vanilla and coffee, very similar to Kahlúa; 20% ABV.
0.5 oz
The most common fruit juice used in cocktails. This citrus juice is about 6% acid; pure citric acid. Lemon juice should be used the day it is squeezed, some like it freshly squeezed and others like it a few hours old.
0.5 oz
A tropical fruit, used in many tropical cocktails for its sweet flavor and yellow color. You can either juice a real pineapple, buy pineapple canned in juice (not syrup) or buy pineapple juice in a container.
0.5 oz
A brewed drink prepared from the grinds of roasted coffee plant seeds. Coffee is a fruit!

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a tea and coconut foam. #shake #straight

This is a very dry drink, on Difford’s guide they note some may want to add a spoon of simple syrup otherwise it might be overwhelmingly dry and bitter.
