Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a tea and coconut foam.
This is a very dry drink, on Difford’s guide they note some may want to add a spoon of simple syrup otherwise it might be overwhelmingly dry and bitter.
