Combine mezcal, Lucano, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker tin. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top off with ginger beer. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge dusted with cayenne.
