A bittersweet Italian amaro made from 13 herbs and plants, but predominantly artichoke (Cynara Scolymus). Drunk as an aperitif and digestif, it has an ABV of 16.5%.

A hybrid citrus fruit originating in Barbados as an accidental cross between two introduced species, sweet orange and pomelo. Like other citrus fruits the grapefruit is popular among cocktails for its peel and juice.
Stir all the ingredients with ice in a mixing glass, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist. #stir #straight
