A full flavoured red-colored sweet Italian vermouth. Try it in a Manhattan or Negroni. Often considered the best vermouth, along with Carpano Antica. We treat this like sweet vermouth.

A yellow citrus fruit. The peel is often used as a garnish while the juice incorporated into the drink for a tart flavor profile (citric acid).

An orange colored citrus fruit. Many types of orange make an appearance in cocktails. The peel and juice are equally valuable to diverse cocktails.

Build the drink in a rocks glass, starting with the bitters and ending with the bourbon. Add 1 large ice cube and stir a few times. Garnish with a lemon and orange twist. #build #ontherocks
