2 oz
A Brazilian spirit made form sugar cane juice (as opposed to cane molasses like rum), similar to rhum agricole. This is the unaged variety of Cachaça.
0.75 oz
A light French quinquina aperitif wine produced from 85% Bordeaux semillon wines and 15% macerated liqueurs.
0.5 oz
The second most common juice used in cocktails. This citrus juice is about 6% acid; 4% from citric and 2% from malic, with small amounts of succinic acid (this is what gives it a little bloody taste). Lime juice should be used the day it is squeezed, some like it freshly squeezed and others like it a few hours old.
1.5 oz
A lemon flavored soda or lemonade-like drink, pretty self-explanatory.
1 wheel
A hybrid citrus fruit originating in Barbados as an accidental cross between two introduced species, sweet orange and pomelo. Like other citrus fruits the grapefruit is popular among cocktails for its peel and juice.

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled Collins glass filled with ice. Top with 1.5 oz lemon soda (limonata). Garnish with a grapefruit wheel. #shake #ontherocks
