Rosemary Maple Bourbon Sour

A syrup usually made from the xylem sap of sugar maple, red maple, or black maple trees; 67% sugar by mass. Super duper infamous in Canada. Most cocktails that use maple syrup specifically say to get 'A' grade, the downside is $$$$.

Muddle the rosemary with the lemon juice at the bottom of a shaker tin. Add remaining ingredients with some ice and shake. Double strain into an ice-filed glass, garnish with a small sprig of rosemary. #muddle #shake #ontherocks
