A vapor column distilled gin that contains no sweetening agents. A common ingredient in many cocktails.
0.5 oz
The most common fruit juice used in cocktails. This citrus juice is about 6% acid; pure citric acid. Lemon juice should be used the day it is squeezed, some like it freshly squeezed and others like it a few hours old.
1 oz
A tropical fruit, used in many tropical cocktails for its sweet flavor and yellow color. You can either juice a real pineapple, buy pineapple canned in juice (not syrup) or buy pineapple juice in a container.
0.75 oz
An alcoholic falernum syrup liqueur with ABV between 11-35 ABV; we chose the most common 11%. Falernum is mainly used in tropical drinks but can also be drank by itself. It usually has flavors of almond, ginger, cloves, vanilla, allspice and lime.
2 oz
Indian Pale Ale is a beer style that developed in England for export to India. Brewed from pale malt, this beer is known for its bitter flavor (high on the IBU scale) and medium to high alcoholic content.
1 sprig
Aromatic plants used in cocktails as a garnish or muddled into the liquor to add a light fresh taste. Common in the Mint Julep.

Shake all ingredients except IPA with 3 ice cubes. Strain into a pilsner filled with crushed ice. Top with the IPA and garnish with mint. #shake #ontherocks

“My friends and I used to go to Dolores Park in San Francisco and drink beer mixed with fresh fruit from the farmers' market, like the Germans do. My favorite combination was pineapple with IPA, which inspired this drink, named after the B-side to EMF's hit song 'Unbelievable.'” -Thomas Waugh
