A whiskey made primarily from a corn grain mash, aged in charred oak barrels.
0.5 oz
An Italian aperitif made of bitter orange, gentian, rhubarb and cinchona with other ingredients. Usually 11% ABV.
0.25 oz
A peach flavored liqueur.
4 dash
A concentrated aromatic bitters made in Trinidad from water, ethanol, gentian and other herbs and spices; used in many classic cocktails like the Manhattan.
1 twist
A yellow citrus fruit. The peel is often used as a garnish while the juice incorporated into the drink for a tart flavor profile (citric acid).
Add all to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist. #stir #straight
