In a chilled mixing glass, lightly muddle the 1 inch piece of celery. Add the remaining ingredients and stir with ice. Strain into a double rocks glass over 1 large cube. For the garnish, use a vegetable peeler to shave a strip from the 6 inch celery stalk. Roll the strip up to create a curl, and garnish. #stir #muddle #ontherocks
